How do you specify the new version of an activex Control created in .NET.

I specifiy
classid="ClassLibrary1.dll#ClassLibrary1.UserControl1"

this gives me the activex control on the page, but when I make changes, it still uses the cached version in IE.

Old style activex with vb6 allowed me to specify the version in the codebase, how do I do this for .net activex controls??
