Server Error in '/' Application.

Access to the path "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\9aaec62a\2962aabb" is denied.

The above message is after I deploy a web application to a domain controller using server extension.

the user is IUSER_'machinename'
I tried and granted the user to windows folder but doesnt seem to have any effect.

Have I missed something here?
