Thank you for the update. After review all of your message, I found you are
working IIS 6.0 and win 2003 server. in this enviroment , a web application
will use "network service" instead of "aspnet", you may check your default
application pool for the exact value. I think this is why is not still not
working after you change 'aspnet' to a administrator.
