Simple Question

Hello All,

I need to find a strategy for dynamically updating DLLs from a network
source on application start-up. I've never developed something like
this and would appreciate some pointers.

I want to make the program check the install location (a network share
folder) for updates to the various DLLs and perhaps the main EXE also.

I've never done this and need some suggestions on how this is normally
done.

At first glance, I would assume that the users will start a "launcher"
app, which would check current version of DLLs/EXEs and update the
files as needed. Then the launcher should start the main interface
window. The launcher then closes out.

Please let me know if I'm missing/overlooking something important.

Any help on this is appreciated.
