Unfortunately the context menu that ships out of the box is pretty
rudimentry - but it does provide vertical scroll buttons. I would point out
however that having 100s of items on a context menu is probably not the best
thing from a usability point of view. In Windows Vista Microsoft is changing
the way the programs menu works so that they don't flow columns of menus
across the screen.
Perhaps a third-party library can do what you want but I would be looking
into UI alternatives for this amount of data. Maybe categorisation could
help!
