Please describe the process you used to "transfer" Visual Studio .NET 2003
to your new computer. Have you tried a reinstall from distribution media on
the new computer?
If that failed, you can try a manual removal, following the instructions in
this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;824642
You also have access to free support via telephone. The number of free
incidents depends on the edition of VS 2003 you purchased. Call your local
Microsoft office for support contact numbers.
