IIS is not installed in Windows 2000 Pro by default. Did you install it
manually by starting Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs->Add/Remove
Windows Components, then checking the box for Internet Information Services
(IIS)?
Once installed (presuming you already have VS.NET installed), you'll need to
follow the instructions in Knowledge Base Article #306005 to map VS to IIS.
