You need to install Internet Information Server (IIS) on your PC using your
OS CD (Win 200 Pro or Win XP Pro) then follow the steps in Knowledgebase
Article 306005 to establish proper mapping between Visual Studio and IIS.
IIS is not installed by default when you install Win XP Pro or Win 2000 Pro.
If your OS is XP Home, you cannot do the above, as Home does not include
IIS. You'll need to upgrade to Pro.
