Remote Execution - Show on screen

Hi,

I have once, for about 1 and a half year ago, successfully ran a remote
execution with WMI on another machine and the program I started was
shown on the screen.
Today when I try this the executable only runs in the session/roam of
the account I'm using and it is running in the background not able to
been seen.
How do I start a command on another machine and have it displayed on
the desktop?
