Hi Younger,
Based on your description, your COM+ application needs the SNMP provides
runs under a NetworkService account in Windows 2003 SP1 system, the
localsystem/localadministrator account doesn't work again on Win2K3 in this
scenario.
I think this is because some security rules difference between the Windows
2000 and Windows 2003.
