Hi Jonny,

WMI is designed to work with remote computers, so there has to be some
kind of security in place otherwise any hacker could hack any system.
On a local system, there are also different levels of user access (e.g.
Administrator).
So really you need to explain who would be running this app, and in what
context (network or local).
