I need to check Apps like MSOffice for their locales. Is that even possible?
I hope so. Someone in another forum suggested I set a hook to do that. Do
you know how to set a hook for WM_INPUTLANGCHANGE? I'm trying to figure that
out now. But even still, if a App fires up in German and they never change
it, how do I know it is in German because they will never send a
WM_INPUTLANGCHANGE.
