Yes, I can confirm your statement in Windows SDK 6.0(Vista SDK). I have
performed some search in the internal bug database, however, I did not find
any reported records.

Anyway, I have helped you to forward this issue to the Platform SDK
reviewer team, I will feedback any progress here ASAP. Thanks
