installer program?

I am trying to find a user friendly application to create an installer for a
Flash application we developed. I've never created an installer before, so
I'm looking for pointers. If this is the wrong NG to ask this in, then can
you tell me where to ask? We would also like to create an installer which
would work on a MAC (and that's REALLY outside my parameters).
