Hi,
I'm trying to create a custom UI using a bitmap. I guess you can call it a
skin. But in addition to text labels, I also want to add functionality for
buttons, checkboxes, radiobuttons, textarea, etc so that I can accept a
user's input.
I like the way Real Player, Rhapsody, Lavasoft Ad-Aware and some other new
software look. Completely different from the traditional Windows UI.
I'm a beginner at this, so can you point me in the right direction (links,
books, samples, source, etc). This area seems so vast, I don't know where to
start, or what the current best practices are.
Thanks a bunch!
-A M
