TAPI Server configuration

Can anybody tell me how can I configure the Cisco TSP as a remote TSP
on a Tapi Server? I followed the MSDN documentation and was able to
enable the TAPI Server but the cisco TSP manager is on 1st-Party mode
when I need it to be on 3rd-Party mode. I'm using callmanager 5.0 on
Windows 2003 Server.
