tapi3 : need help to find pbx stations name

hellow to you
i have panasonic-tda100 pbx
i try to find the stations name
if i change station 101 name to be 'micha'
when i start my program i want to see
that station 101 = micha
the only way for me to get it
is when i make a phone call from that station and use
the: pEvent.Call.CallInfoString(CIS_CALLERIDNAME)
is there a way to get that name whitout waitin to that station to make a
call?
