CTI Port Monitoring

Hi,

I have an application that uses Cisco IVR (IPCC) and I want to control the
CTI Port lines that IVR uses.
I'm guessing IVR opens the line in owner mode so when my application uses
lineOpen it throws the following error: "LINEERR_ALLOCATED".

Can I monitor these lines? Does CTI Port Third-Party Monitoring, referenced
on Cisco Documentation, is useful in this case?
