TSP to generate new call

Hi,
I am new to tapi but I have researched around the last few days. I
have a small TSP (not written by me) which I need to expand. Here is
what I want to do:
I get a notification through sockets that there is a new call waiting
to be answered. I want this call to appear in outlook or other tapi
applications.
My tsp has a vector of lines and can signal events to tapi through
each line. each lineOpen() adds a line object to this vector and
returns a line handle.
Question 1:
If I have 3 tapi applications connected to my tsp, will I have 3 lines
and therefore 3 handles?
Question 2:
If Q1 is yes, then will I have to send a line_NEWCALL message to all
lines?
Question 3:
I noticed in TSP++v2.0 that a call handle is requested from tapi and
it is requested off a 'line'. So do I have to ask for a call handle
from any line? or from each line?
Please excuse the misconceptions I probably have and assumptions I
have made.
