Are you developing a TSP ?

Then you need to implement and export TSPI_lineDevSpecific() like the other
TSPI_functions of your TSP.
Please see MSDN and TSPI.h for the exact types and arguments.

Limited testing can be done with MS TAPI Browser TB20.

I already implemented all functions TSPI_, but for this function I do
