Hello Matthias,
If you say that the software does not do any call
control but is just monitoring, does the transfer
work at all if your software is not running?
Concerning this question, see the following statement
from my original post:
*********************************
[However,] putting through works if the customer runs a
different telephony software on the client pc utilizing TAPI2.1
or runs no telephony software on the client pc at all.
On the other hand, my TAPI.OCX so far works perfectly
in desktop CTI environments, i.e.
telephone device directly connected to client pc.
*********************************
Transfer involves putting a call on hold, dialing another
numer and then either wait for an answer and then
transfer or immediately transfer.
At what point in time does it fail.
Details of the proceedings I first have to explore with my customer
and will post then here again when it's clear.
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Frank Lehmann
