I got the dialer to work, but not without some strange behaviour. If I
dial: +49173123456 I get an Errormessage that tell me the following:

Details: The callnumber will be translated on the basis of the
locationinformation of the Windows-Telephon-settings. The Number

Error: The number is incorrect or not corrected formated

but the call will succed.
If I try to make a call with the specified format of the error-message
it does not work.
