Hi, Yes, I actually found that on my own yesterday. :) Very interesting
but not very encouraging.
I've actually come to grips with the half-duplex issue and decided
I don't need to play and record at the same time. (I mean, it would
be nice, but..)
I only "play" to send voice prompts back to the caller, so for that
short time I kill the capture, play my voice, then restart the capture.
Works fine.
As it turn out the vast majority of the time when I'm making voice
prompts I'm also throwing away the capture buffer contents anyway,
because the caller is not "speaking" then - they are interacting
with the system, so it works out nicely.
