It has been a while since I worked on TSPs.
Has anyone ever seen an issue on these lines?

I never noticed this with my TSP that is doiug PHONE/LINE_CREATE but I haven't
especially looked for this.
What OS/SP has been used (I guess W2k)?
Is there a trace from the corresponding PHONE/LINE_CREATE messages from the
TSP available?
It's striking that all time stamps in the trace are identical!?
You may want to use MVPSLP to check the code for TAPISRV.
