Jack,
AFAIK there are two versions:
1) on normal busy tone you can enter an ISDN feature code to get a callback
after the called (busy) destination is available again.
2) caller gets an announcement (instead of busy tone) when the destination is
busy.
This announcement offers the callback on busy (at no extra charge for the
caller). You need to say "yes" to activate.
