Shortel Music On Hold

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Does anybody know how Shoretel music on hold is supposed to work? Can it be enabled
to work across sites? There seems to be lots of differences in how it's handled over
trunks, sites, etc, but Shoretel saves this type of support for vendors who only have
provided us the same answerers we were guessing about like a week ago.
