we are currently developing a TSP with an MSP but
I have no experience in developing a wav driver. Many
companies have done so. It can't be too difficult. Maybe
Grant or Andreas can jump in here...

Unimodem can translate between TAPI and AT modem commands.
I don't know about your PBX's commands. If they are similar to AT
commands you _might_ be able to create an inf file for your device
and use it with Unimodem but there are also tons of reasons why this
couldn't work. For information on authoring modem inf file you need
to download the Windows DDK.
