You can eliminate your code completely by:
- Use MS TAPI Browser to get connected call and retrieve the wave out ID.
- Run the MS Sound Recorder and make that same wave device the default and
then play a file. If it sounds distored then it is some problem outside of
your code. If not then you know the problem is in your code.
