Yes, that's possible.
For proper installation you need the modem.INF file from the manufacturer.

Properly installed Voice modems supports DeviceClasses "wave/in" and
"wave/out".
Please check with TAPI Browser TB20:

- what do you get on lineGetID(,"wave/in")/(,"wave/out")?
- what DeviceClasses do you get in LINEDEVCAPS?
Please post a TB20.log.
