Nortel - lineBlindTransfer fails with error: LINEERR_OPERATIONFAILED



Hi all,
I have problem when transfering call from analog extension (Dialogic port).
This works fine in our lab and at one customer's site. This behaviour
happens at another customer only.
TAPI Line configuration has enabled "Transfer"
I made a test using TapiBrowser and analog phone.

Test scenario is following:
1. Make call from digital extension to analog extension
2 Manualy answer call
3. invoke lineBlindTransfer (analog ext)
