Hi.
I´m using a cheap Zoom voice-modem (PCI card), and i´m doing a c++
application that call to a number, sends a wav sound, and than waits
for a DMTF digits (like a password aceptance).

The problem is that sometimes I receive a DISCONNECT in the callback,
without any reason.
a - sometimes i´m playing the wav, i press a button in the phone
and it calls the disconnect
b - sometimes alone when playing the wav it calls the disconnect.
c - most of times, it goes ok.

Anybody has the same problem ?
How can I debug why TAPI send me the disconnect ?

Filipe,
TAPI does this because UniModem.TSP notifies TAPISRV about a disconnect.
UniModem.TSP itself does this because the modem says (s. ModemLog) it has
detected a disconnect for some reason, presumable due to a poor modem or noisy
line.
You may want to try another modem.

You may want to take a look at the modem log.
See my TAPI and TSPI FAQ:
