Hazem,
the CCMCService is only intended for HiPath AllServe systems and requires
additional HiPath services, therefore it can't start.
Please unistall HT170 completly and install with other setup settings.
(Being on abusiness trip I currently have the setup available to tell the
exact settings.)
Please select custom configuration and install only the minimum
configuration.

O.k.,these issues are all caused by selecting the setup configuration
containing CCMC.

AFAIK the DEMOMODE license option is only available for HT170 but not for
CMD.

You can use the CSTA Browser (CB) to check.
It is included in the HT170 AddOn download package:
