there is absolutely nothing wrong with your posting. Though I can't see
any actual question. Andreas' FAQ is a very good start and I suggest
having a look at the samples. Regarding telephony devices you were
quoting our list which is quite comprehensive. So actually you answered
all of your questions yourself :-)

If you have a specific problem please do not hesitate to post here.

If you just want to implement the solution and don't want to spend a lot
of time (which is abolutely required when digging into TAPI) you could
also have a look at our product TERAVoice Server
(www.terasens.com/products/teravoice). With TERAVoice you can
create your solution with a simple script which can be created quite easily.
