Phone dialer annoyingly defaults to Internet Call.

I am using the API call "tapiRequestMakeCall" from TAPI32.DLL in an attempt
to automatically dial numbers from Excel.

The phone dial application however, extremely annoyingly insists by default
in trying to make calls via the "Internet Call" part of the application and
NOT
using the normal modem/phone dialer.

Changing the "Preferred line for calling" option to phone (from Internet) in
the Phone Dialer application has ABSOLUTELY no effect on this.

Can someone advise how to get round this annoying problem and banish
internet calls from my system.Thanks in advance,Regards,Phil.
