Thanks for your suggestion.Because lots of users use win98,so it seems that
I must consider TAPI2.1 now.What a pity.
Can u tell me TAPI2.1 support these features?
1.monitor media stream which access voice modem and record voice
2.detect/generate DTMF digit(assume modem support)
3.sends voice data from sound card(such as mic) to another PSTN point.
