We getting the events at both the receptionists desk and at the
destination address, the destination address only receives a Call
Notification Event from the internal call when the receptionist places
the consulting call and directs the call, how do you pick up the
external number? I think therefore it is not a blind transfer.

I'm very new to TAPI so what is the TAPI browser and how can I use it
to find out what is going on?
