I guess have misunderstood my question.
I was asking whether you have an app that is able to record the sample wave
files that you want.
I.e. an app where you can enter a phone number of a known busy station and
this app dials this number e.g. via a modem (or any other wave supporting
telephony device) and records the resulting busy tone.
If you can provide such an app it would be very easy for someone in the
mentioned countries to record these tones.
How did you get / record the wave files from other countries?
