Are you familiar with the MS TAPI Browser? If so, open the H.323 hosted
line and place an inbound call to that line. Do you get an offering call?
If yes then make sure in dialer that you have selected the H.323 line to
control. If not then post a browser log showing first placing a call on the
H.323 line and then a commented extract showing a failure to detect the
inbound call.
Of course, if you aren't familiar with the browser then I strongly suggest
becoming familiar with it.
