When will we see a SIP TSP?

Hello

Can't remember who mentioned it, but someone suggested a SIP based TSP might
be available very shortly. Now being in the IT industry too long I know
what ... soon... means. But any more news? Who is writing it? Our good
friends Microsoft ;) Someone else?
