Whether you use REMOTE.TSP or Cisco's TSP remotely, in either case, if you
wanted to track all calls in the system you would need to monitor all TAPI
line devices. This could potentially be a large number of lines. In
addition, some line types can't be monitored if they are opened by another
application, specifically CTI/Wave ports.

I'm not following your second question... Specifically, I do not believe
there is any way to see from one PC running the Cisco TSP which lines are
opened from another PC running the Cisco TSP.
