Vuong,
if you are using a modem to make a call then you are most probably using
UniModem.TSP
If you are using IP Telephony then you are most probably using H323.TSP

Modems driven by UniModem.TSP can only work half-duplex, so you can either
hear/record _or_ speak/play at the same time. No work around for modems
available.
Please search this newsgroup for "duplex".
Your only option is to use other telephone hardware, e.g. see:
http://www.terasens.com/products/teravoice/hardware.aspx

When using H323 you may firewall issues.
Are there any firewalls active between the two PCs?
