In general you may want to watch for CALL_STATE CS_DISCONNECTED in conjunction
with CALL_STATE_EVENT_CAUSE CEC_DISCONNECT_BUSY.
Both available with TAPI 3.0 from ITCallStateEvent via ::get_State() /
::get_Cause().
