Hi,
I would like to develop a H.323 program that uses G.711 codec. Is there
a Windows 2000 Platform SDK? The TAPI SDK is in the Platform SDK right?
I would also like to get it working on Win98. Is that possible? A
platfrom SDK for win98?
I looked for the Platform SDK and all I could find was the Win XP and
2003 Server SDK's.
Does someone have a link?
Cheers,
Craig
