Bishoy,
take a look at the mentioned P-SDK samples (Outgoing/Incoming).
E.g. the VB Outgoing sample is opening a video window if video info is
available.
I tested this successfully with VB Outgoing.exe on one PC calling (via H.323)
another PC (with USB camera attached) running MS Dialer.exe (configured to use
this camera (and soundcard mic/spk) on H.323 calls).
