I assume you have reproduced this using the MS TAPI Browser?
Is there a Dialogic wave drivers which needs to be installed and/or
configured?
I have no idea if Dialogic supports a wave device on a call or line
basis but assuming you are trying to get the wave handle for the call
when it is connected (and they support call based) then that should be
OK.
One other thought is that some TSPs only support wave features on a
subset of their device types. Have you checked the Dialogic docs in
this regard?
Someone with actual Dialogic TSP experience will hopefully chime in.
You should of course check with Dialogic assuming you have some kind
of support arrangement.
