How can i get a tsp that support transfer and hold.

Hi dear
My modem is intel(r) 536ep v.90 internal that installed
unimodem/half-duplex and i have winxp as os.
I can not use some ItBasicCallControl method such as transfer and hold.
How can i get a tsp that support transfer and hold.

1-Should i install a tsp driver from internet? and what address?
Or
2-Should i buy a new modem that support tsp? and which mark do you
suggest?

note that i exam D-Link fm560e+ and Zoltrix smart spirit and all of
them not work. i do not khow are these modem tsp-less or my
installation was wrong ???????????

Can any body help me?
