Thank you for your advice, i did try to do what you suggest
on the URL, it works with the VBS file.
VBS file can load the DLL after re-registering the
Capicom.dll in the SystemWOW64 folder.
Problem is, I cannot register a DLL through the Component Services
in our LIVE machine (restricted access to administrator only).
Any other way around for this really appreciated.
Two ways come to mind. You could write your own 32-bit DCOM executable that acts as a wrapper for the Capicom.dll, or you could use DLLHOST.EXE.
