IID_IDropTarget

Hi all,
I download a very simple source code for an OLE application, but when
I compile and link it on Windows Vista I get an error about an
undefined symbol "IID_IDropTarget". The only library I use when
linking is ole32.dll.
Is there a library I am still missing?
