Thank you very much for your response.

With the default DCOM limits, a DCOM that opens to everyone cannot work
for a remote client any more (as lack of remote activation permission).
Is it perfect legitimate that some resouces over the network can be
shared by all users? How could Microsoft think that this will enhance
the server security?
