I think that my files are win2k or win98 files, in these O.S. it's
impossible to find some refer to hardware in which it have been
generated.

In this case, how can i extract NIC card informatios?

Anyway, there are some other technique, to identifie where some file it
have been generated?

My problem is identify if a H.D. have been unmounted from a laptop.
